Yes you can cancel an order at no charge if we are notified before your order is shipped. Please WhatsApp us at +923335558642 (wa.me/923335558642) or call us at +923375105066 or +923335558642 if there is no reply from our side on WhatsApp between 9am-5pm Pakistan Standard Time for immediate assistance. Emails will not guarantee order cancellations, as they are answered in the order they are received. Orders cannot be canceled after the order is shipped. Preorders and special orders cannot be canceled as the funds have already been sent to the manufacturer to secure your product.
When your package has shipped you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number with its tracking link. Can't find the tracking email? Create an account on www.zamana.pk using the email linked to your order. Visit the "My Accounts" page and click on the order number that you wish to track. Orders that have shipped will have an order status of "Completed" and the tracking number will be listed under "Shipping Details." If your order does not appear in your account after creating one, please email info@zamana.pk for assistance.
Yes, All of our watches and products sold are 100% original, brand new, unworn and come in the original manufacturer packaging with a warranty. However, only the Casio General range watches whose value is less than Rs.10,000 comes with locally manufactured boxes, if you need an original box of the Casio watch whose value is less than Rs.10,000 then contact us first.

www.zamana.pk e-commerce platform only allows one coupon code to be applied to an order. Coupon codes cannot be combined with our "Make an Offer" feature or any cart-level discounts applied to your order.
The movement type used in the watch is listed in the "Specs" section of every product page. All quartz watches require a battery, automatic watches are powered through hand-winding or wrist movement.
Coupon codes can be entered when viewing your Shopping Cart. Enter your Coupon Code in the Coupons field and click Apply. Your Shopping Cart total will be reduced by the value of the coupon code.
Water Resistance indicates how well a watch is sealed against the ingress of water. It is usually accompanied by an indication of the static test pressure that a sample of newly manufactured watches were exposed to in a leakage test. An indication of the test pressure in terms of water depth does not mean a water resistant watch was designed for repeated long-term use in such water depths. For example, a watch marked 3 ATM/30 meters water resistant cannot be expected to withstand activity for longer time periods in a swimming pool, let alone continue to function at 30 meters under water. This is because the test is conducted only once using static pressure on a sample of newly manufactured watches. The test for qualifying a diving watch for repeated usage in a given depth includes safety margins to take factors into account like the aging of the seals, the properties of water and seawater, rapidly changing water pressure and temperature, as well as dynamic mechanical stresses encountered by a watch. Here are some activities that some brands use to illustrate water resistance. 3 ATM = Not intended for any exposure to water 5 ATM = Splash resistant, suitable for washing hands or light rain 10 ATM = Water Sports, suitable for swimming, surfing, etc. 20 ATM = Scuba Diving, suitable for extreme ocean depths

Emails will not guarantee updating the shipping address, as they are answered in the order they are received. Shipping address cannot be updated after the order is shipped. Please include your name, order number and the correct address for faster processing. We are not responsible for orders placed and shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. In the event your order has been Returned to Sender (RTS), due to missed multiple delivery attempts or incorrect address provided, we will contact you if it’s paid order once we receive the package back and an additional shipping fee will be needed before it can be re-shipped.
All of the brands we carry come with an international manufacturer warranty. Typically, the manufacturer's warranty does not cover battery, crystal, strap or bracelet; damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear; damage from contact with objects; or water damage.
Returns once received take up to 5 business days to be processed. During the busy shopping season, returns can take up to 10 business days to be processed after receipt. Once your return has been processed you will be notified by email.
Please contact us at info@zamana.pk within 48 hours of receipt for further assistance. We'll make sure you receive a working watch. You can include a brief description and cell phone picture of the watch/damage to expedite the process. If defects occur after wearing the watch, please contact the manufacturer to submit a warranty claim.
Unfortunately, manufacturer warranties do not cover the replacement of crystals and parts accidentally damaged or inadequately handled. Please contact the manufacturer for a service center in your area to have your crystal replaced. www.zamana.pk has no control over service center pricing/fees. Most local qualified watch repair stores can replace a crystal for a nominal fee.
We do not service watches at Zamana.pk. Please contact the manufacturer of your watch directly for a list of service centers in your country.
