We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The price of the product will be returned to customer's bank account or via esaypaisa, mobi cash etc as per customer's choice. However, the delivery/shipping charges will not be refunded or reimbursed.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, perfumes and body sprays). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Pre-order products or products which are specially arranged on customer request are also non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- We charge a flat shipping rate that is Rs.199
- Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
- Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
- Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
- Delivery time is between 2 to 3 working days (No delivery on Sundays or on National Holidays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events or orders from villages.
- On orders above the value of Rs.15,000 we will need an advance payment. Customers will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then.
- To know the delivery time of pre-order or customized products kindly contact us first it may vary from product to product.
- Special delivery facility for Islamabad and Rawalpindi cities - In this special delivery customers are allowed to open the package and check the product before making payment to the courier. (If you need special delivery please mention in the comments while filling the order form that you need special delivery, please note this facility is only limited to Islamabad and Rawalpindi cities only for all other cities opening of the parcel before payment is not allowed, zamana.pk sells only original products if any customer has doubt about the product's originality or authenticity he or she should contact us first before placing the order to clear doubts or read our customers' reviews.)
- Order placed will be considered as confirmed and will be shipped accordingly, normally we don't make a confirmation call unless our customer care team needs it.
- For orders placed on Qisstpay we need final approval from Qisstpay before dispatching the order to a customer, so orders placed on Qisstpay need a processing time before dispatching an order, some orders get immediate approvals and some orders may take 2 to 4 working days. Cancellation of orders
We (Zamana.pk) reserves the right to cancel any order however, pre-paid orders will be refunded to the customer. Some reasons for the cancellation of orders can be as follows:
- The customer has placed fake orders in the past or refused delivery of Cash on delivery orders without any valid reason.
- or the customer hasn't followed or misused any of our terms and conditions.
- or customer has placed the order on Qisstpay and Qisstpay has canceled his/her order.
- or customer has placed an order of item which was actually not available in Zamana.pk's stock due to some stock mistake or Zamana.pk's quality control team found that item was not fit for sale.
- or customer hasn't provided the complete shipping address or the given contact number is incorrect.
- due to our past experience orders placed from villages and remote areas on Cash on delivery were mostly fake or customers have refused their orders once the courier approached them to deliver, to minimize this risk we demand an advance payment or some portion of the payment as advance for such orders and if the customer refuses to pay then we cancel such orders.
- or for any other reason, but Zamana.pk's will not hold any payment of the customer if the customer has made, it will be refunded within 2 to 5 working days after cancellation of the order, payment made by debit or credit card may take a longer time to refund as it may depend on banking processing time.
